Sparkling clean, beautiful hotel with the absolute best service! Our room had a huge, wind-protected terrace with its own 2-person, jetted whirlpool spa. It was wonderful to relax and tan on the terrace, and I mostly ordered my lunches to the room so that I could enjoy eating outside on the terrace with our fabulous view. The level of care, friendliness, and attentiveness was exceptional, and everything was arranged to be quick, easy, and efficient for us. The food was excellent, and the hotel went out of their way to make my husband's birthday and Valentine's Day extremely romantic. This was an absolutely perfect winter escape!

I have no idea why Google lists this as a 4 star hotel. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and should definitely be 5+ stars. Ultimate relaxation and luxury, so peaceful, immaculately clean and everything is taken care of. Our favourite place to come stay, the hotel is amazing and all of the staff so attentive. A special thank you to - Miriam & Alejandro (Reception), Antonio & Cosmin (Restaurant), Jonathan for guest services, the really lovely owner who even now talks to all his guests regularly - and lastly the amazing cleaning & maintenance staff who quietly keep the entire hotel spotless and deserve full credit.

Stayed in this hotel almost a year ago and this was the best vacation we ever had with my partner. The service is exceptional it’s always clean no matter where you go. The food is delicious and really recommend rice with red shrimps and steak-must try! Met the owner of this amazing hotel that made our stay even more wonderful by giving us a ride and his car to see Lanzarote. It’s really incredible and even after a year passed it’s one of a few vacations I remember with such love:) Overall no matter what you need we always felt loved and nurtured. Thank you so much!

OK so where do I start ! We arrived on the Friday for a long weekend. Due to high demand we had arranged to have an ocean view room for our first night. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sandra. After a glass of champagne we were shown to our suite.The suite was immaculate and the view from the bedroom window was one of the best I have seen anywhere in the world ! Day two and we upgraded to our jacuzzi suite on the ground floor. Again , another stunning room with direct access to the pool and your own private hot tub. You can order breakfast to your room , In fact you can pretty much order any meal or drink to your room. In the evening we dined at the fabulous restaurant. Our last days were spent around the pool being served by the lovely Bea, having a massage in the Spa with Angie and being looked after by Alex . Total R and R in a fantastic location with breath taking views. We can't wait to return now. Thank you so much for this experience Lanis !!
