Just back from a 9-day stay at this hotel. Lovely place, beautiful gardens and lovely rooms. There are also sun loungers outside your door if you don't want to go to the pool area. The facilities are fantastic, gym, physiotherapist and massage also available. All staff are super friendly, helpful and very kind and went the extra mile to accommodate your needs. My daughter has some serious food allergies and the wonderful chef talked us through every single dish and their ingredients - really kind and helpful! The pool area is fantastic, never crowded and plenty of room to sunbathe and to swim. I really recommend this place and if we ever go back to Lanzarote I know where I will be staying!

Love this place, everyone is so lovely. Its so peaceful and clean and tidy. Reception are so helpful and welcoming. The pool is just great. The family who run the bar and restaurant are so lovely and food is delicious. The breakfasts are to die for, so much choice. Highly recommend 👌

The location is a small trek from mainstream activities yet its worth it. CASAS HEDDY has an unique vibe and staff are fantastic. For a 3 Star Hotel the venue under promises and over delivers to 5 Star quality. The peaceful atmosphere is remarkable and of the various hotels I have stayed at, this one we will definitely return to. Also very accessible for wheelchairs and prams plus a fantastic health suite and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Casas Heddy enough. For a 3 star hotel they deliver service far above that. Rooms are fresh & light, aircon in rooms works great. Breakfast is great. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool & gym are excellent. The best thing about the place is the vibe. It is so relaxing & calm. It attracts a lovely crowd, genuinely lovely people. Well suited to older families, couples or single traveler. It’s a 15-30minute walk to all other restaurants and main activity areas but many people come and don’t leave the villa. The distance allows for a different, more chilled vibe.

Just back from a 10 day stay at Cassas Heddy and loved every minute of it. Room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, table and chairs outside every room aswell as ur own sunbeds just outside the door. Pool area and grounds were well cared for and very clean. All staff were so friendly and helpful and tried their best to meet your needs. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Gym facilities were excellent and also a choice of fitness classes to take part in. Situated in a quiet area but only a short walk into the main area where there are planty restaurants, shops, bars etc. At top of a hill, but not too bad if u like a walk, taxi from the beachfront to hotel was only 4 euros. Will definitely return here, we enjoyed it so much.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location if you didn't want to stay in the centre. 15 mins walk from the main strip. Stayed in 105 for 3 people we had fridge, TV, 3 single beds, wet room, plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Buffet breakfast was fantastic fresh and different every day. I would definitely stay here again.
