Our initial room was in the ground floor and as the doors can easily be opened by a toddler and as the pool was right beside us we asked fora different room. Our new room was upstairs and much safer. It was also much much brighter with large windows, a balcony and a terrace. We are in half board and the restaurant food is quite good. Not excellent but a good selection and the freshly cooked meat or fish every night is excellent. The breakfasts are great with a big selection of cooked food, fruit or cereals. It is in a good location although a little far from the beach. The pool is very good for kids and grown ups with a paddling pool for smaller kids. The is entrainment for kids and then adults in the bar every night until 21:30

This hotel is absolute bliss. I have always stayed her on my annual trip to Lanzarote. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the rooms are clean , modern and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty but I can’t comment on the rest of the food as I choose to eat my meals out in the old town or the strip.

We had a great apartment top floor overlooking pool and sea views also had sun beds on terrace could not have asked for more . We were half board the food is delicious and plenty to choose from . All staff work extremely hard and the place is spotless. The reason I gave 4 stars for location is because its at top off steep hill up from old town but it's only 3-4 euros for taxi from the strip so well worth saving oxygen and getting the taxi !

Nice quiet relaxed hotel. Very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Sarah the entertainment girl is very friendly and good at pilates, yoga, pool aerobics etc. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice and good decent food, there's even sparkling wine and vodka at breakfast, if you want it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I love this hotel. Staff are so nice and understanding but the pool is really dirty. It might just be me but there is always leaves or baby wipes floating round. Apart from that I love the mini disco and the instructor Sarah is lovely. She always goes out her way to make you laugh and plays games everyday! I love the fact it’s local to a little corner shop called the “super Dino” or “hyper Dino.” If your nearby it’s lovely and not long walk from the harbour and shopping centre. If you can’t walk there’s always taxis nearby! If you do need a hotel come here and I’m sure the lovely staff are lovely. Especially Nuria is so nice, my brother is autistic and she helped us out in the restaurant by reserving a table. And she’s always there to chat. If you do come here I hope you have a great time! Great staff and service, breakfast is very good, the hotel has a relaxed, friendly, family atmosphere. The staff who deserve a mention for their excellent service are Nuria, Sarah, Pedro and the ladies who work at the reception desk. We have stayed there twice and will no doubt stay again in the future.
