All the perfection of Lanzarote is embodied in this Hotel. Pure white buildings, miracle of pink mountains, awesome beaches and pools, marvelous nature…green energy and kindness in every detail. The personal is great, making you feel as a part of their island’s family. Perfect emotions, perfect moments, intelligent people and pretty good atmosphere! I can’t believe I need to leave this cozy and so esthetic place ❤️

We stayed here and had an amazing experience. The customer service we experienced was exceptional especially from Adrian who was working out at the pool area, he went above and beyond for us, he treated my foot which I had injured which he did not have to do and he also helped us out with our 9 month old baby to keep her occupied by bringing out a float again which he did no have to do, he was such a genuine person and really nice man. Thank you Adrian. All over fantastic say, room with sea view was amazing, really clean lovely temperature. Food and drink in the hotel was great. Will be coming back for sure!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty. The staff were charming and remembered my name throughout my entire stay, smiling and waving every time I saw them. The food is absolutely to die for; I've never seen such an array of delicious breakfast and evening meal choices which were different every night, all totally creative and with such attention to delicious detail. The pool, the balcony view, the spa areas, the enclosed beach cove... the colourful gardens with palm trees, the sound of the waves... this was like staying in heaven on earth. Every last detail was thought about, including the Espresso machine in the bedroom and the high quality crockery and glasses. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! The only trouble now is that I don't want to go home!!!

A wonderful hotel. Attentive friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Comfortable rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel gardens are full of native plants and have "rooms" where you can can find a quiet corner to relax. Good infinity pool and right on the beach. Breakfast selection was amazing. Would definitely come back.

Incredible hotel, definitely 5 star luxury and extremely fairly priced for the quality & level of service IMO. Brand new, impeccably clean with super friendly staff. The rooms and common areas smell incredible at all times and the toiletries were beautiful. Rooms were spacious and just like the pictures. Sea view was incredible. We actually loved it so much we changed our flights and extended our stay.
