It's our 2nd visit to this hotel. Our 1st visit was in 2010 , aways said we would return 👍 Had no regrets returning , we found the hotel & the staff as of our first visit still to a good standard. The only one disappointment we had was, the quality & taste of the food was not as good as our first visit. We used the hotel & there facilities every day 👍 except for after 2 days we decided that we would go out for our evening meal. 🤷♂️ if I should return I would not book all inclusive.

I mark this place 5 stars, but bear in mind, my 5 stars might not be yours. I am not looking for luxurious place to stay, I am looking for clean, convenient and friendly place to stay with kids. And this hotel is exactly that. We were made to feel welcome, any queries were dealt with promptly and the management went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The pool isn't big, but the hotel is by sea so it was sufficient for us. Jacuzzi was a nice touch. Downside for us was that with two kids we had to book two rooms, as one turned 13 this year already (but this is policy most hotels have now). On the plus side the hotel made sure that the rooms were close by. With this arrangement we weren't sure if we (parents) should sleep separately with one child in each room, or let the 13 year old sleep on her own. In the end we tried all combinations, she was scared at first to sleep completely on her own to start with. 13 is still bit young I'd say. Food wasn't anything extraordinary, but it was really tasty and plenty to choose from. I would eat cold Mediterranean selection of vegetables and seafood. Loved it. Entertainment was provided in the evenings, but we would rather go to sleep early, so cannot comment on that. Fitness classes were great too, the fitness guy made everyone welcome speaking fluently in several languages. We would definitely stay again there.

A lovely hotel, stayed here for 8 days from the 16th May 2022. Staff are well mannered and kinds. Good selection of food at every meal, lovely service in the restaurant as well..as soon as you sat down they would take your drinks order. Rooms were lovely, always leaves a fresh bottle of water when cleaning. Beach is a 2 minute walk, same as the shops. Mini golf is a 5/10 minute walk up the road as well. It’s also located in a quiet area, if you want a bit of night life all you have to do is walk 15 mins to Puerto del Carmen. Couldn’t fault this hotel, amazing.

From check in, to check out, absolutely no complaints. Rooms cleaned every day, beds made, bottled water delivered. On a selfish level, staff speak very good English. Shame on me for not making the effort when visiting Spain, to actually learn some Spanish. Meals are all buffet style, but again always choice, and always very good. Adequate choice of drinks. Swimming pools are great, fresh water (a tad chilly, but I like that when the air temp is almost at 30°). Second time we visited, won't be the last.

Fantastic hotel. Room is large and clean with pool and sea views. No complaints at all. Food is very varied from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great choice. Staff are brilliant all around the hotel. Location is perfect, Los Pocillos to the left and Puerto Del Carmen to the right, both within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel for an All Inclusive stay. Would certainly come back.
