Not long arrived back from our 1 weeks holiday staying at this lovely hotel .Great service from all the staff Bars,restaurants,pool, reception and cleaning staff. Can't thank then enough for making our holiday a great and enjoyable one. The food was good and plenty of choice . We would like to thank Carolina and Bertha on reception and back office staff for dealing very professional and thoughtful when my grandson took not well. Carolina phoned the emergency service and put everything in place getting Bertha to stay with us and communicate with the doctor and paramedics. We really appreciate what you done for us at such a scary time. The HIBISCUS Hotel group should be proud of you both for your caring and thoughtful work you done. Thank you again and my Grandson Oliver got over the Febrile convulsion with in a few days and back to normal. We would recommend this hotel in a heart beat. The accommodation was lovely, modern and clean. We will definitely be back and hopefully soon .

Hotel is located near the beautiful beach. The stuff is very nice. The food is great and every day a little diferent. Rooms are big and bright, only they could vacuum some times instead of just sweeping. The walls of the rooms are badly painted, there are no flat walls, but I have noticed this in most of the buildings in this city. Towels, tea and coffee bags are changed daily. A refrigerator is available in the room. One pool is suituable for small kids and you can use swimming aids.

Ok what a location for our family holiday . Pool and beach holiday. Back entrance from hotel straight onto the beach . Bed and breakfast excellent food great fabulous selection . Half board quiet good but can be quiet boring after a few nights. We only ate in 4 times. The staff were fantastic from the reception to the waiters cleaners and maintenance. The only reason there are only 4 stars for service is the cocktail bar can be slow when bar is crowded

First stay at Las Costas but it won’t be our last ! Great hotel . Laid back style with first class accommodation . The staff are brilliant, from reception to dinning and the great team of cleaners etc . Good pool and facilities with easy access to the beach and sea. Super nice hotel with quiet and spacious rooms. Extremely friendly people and one of the few hotels with direct access to the beach. Relaxed environment (e.g. no seat reservation at the pool). Dinner was not bad but rather mediocre. Highly recommendable hotel!
