After missing last year because of covid we were so excited to return this year for our 3rd stay at this fantastic hotel. We were not disappointed. I find negative reviews hard to believe …. We found every member of staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. From reception to the bar to the restaurant everyone is smiley and very welcoming. A big thank you to Bobby who deserves a lot of credit. He works extremely hard and gave my children the best 2 weeks and they can’t stop talking about him now we are back home. Please send across our thank you. Thank you for another incredible holiday and we have already booked to come back!

Here with my family currently, only on our second day and it’s already amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and very hard working. The shop keeper at the little shop with toys is an amazing man who definitely deserves a raise, gave my kids free toys. Lots of food and is very clear that the cooks put a lot of work into preparation, reminded me a lot of when I went on a Caribbean cruise, although the chips are a small bit undercooked, still great food. Pool is cleaned daily and looks amazing at night with all the lights. Both pools are fairly big but the smaller one is very deep (which some people may like but just a heads up). Reception is very helpful and will order taxis for you, if you have any disabilities and need a electric wheelchair, they will get that for you (a family member of mine has breathing difficulties and it was perfect). Rooms are a good size, although there is a lot of ants in bedrooms (I understand it’s hard to prevent). Cleaners and life-guards are very friendly. The second pool (and majority of the rooms) are across the road which I did feel to be a bit disappointing at first until I found there’s a beautiful tunnel that brings you straight across, a bit steep but very handy. Doors are hard to open and close and I was locked in the bathroom for about 30 minutes, so be careful when locking doors. I’m staying in a two-bed room (the sofa converts into a double bed also) there’s 3 TVS which is amazing but unfortunately hard to work, would be nice if there was some instructions. Lots of entertainment for kids and parents (last night was a kids disco and a quiz and tonight is bingo). Right next to the sea which brings amazing views but a bit of a breeze, which is cooling but definitely increases the sunburn so if you have kids make sure to lather the sun cream on and keep them covered up. Lots of cats around the area but don’t seem to be any harm. I’d definitely recommend, great family hotel.

Stayed here in February half term. 5 stars for a heated pool !!! Rooms are cleaned daily. Good selection of food. Our girls 8 and 4 yrs old loved Bobby who looked after them during Kids Club. Late checkout option was a cherry on the cake as we have left our apartment at 6pm! Fabulous hotel. Definitely will stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Really close that you can walk around town or to the beach (also plenty of scooters to rent nearby). Extremely good customer service as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for my next visit to this volcanic island!

Just got back after staying here recently with a couple of friends, we were all really impressed, 2 good size apartments, the beds were really comfortable, the shower rooms were clean & modern, the lounge / kitchen areas were well equipped. The hotel itself offers 2 pools, both were nice, a gift shop, a supermarket, a pool bar, restaurant & games rooms. All the staff were friendly and polite & the price was really reasonable, would stay again and would definitely recommend.
